Make Website A Mac App
I've just made a website using nothing but html, css & js all offline nothing fancy, and I was wondering how I could convert it into a stand alone mac osx application? I know you can get PhoneGap to make websites into Native iOS apps, I would like this but for osx apps?

You can use any webpage as your homepage, and have it shown when you open a new window or a new tab.
In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click General.
In the Homepage field, enter a webpage address. To simply use the webpage you’re currently viewing, click Set to Current Page.
Choose when your homepage is shown.
Open new windows with your homepage: Click the “New windows open with” pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.
Open new tabs with your homepage: Click the “New tabs open with” pop-up menu, then choose Homepage.
But after that, you should see a new and improved version of the misbehaving mailbox. To quickly open your homepage in Safari, choose History > Home.
